Creamy, sweet and smooth Our White Chocolate Sauce is sweet, creamy and versatile in a variety of hot and cold drinks – from mochas and hot chocolates, to milkshakes and frappés. It also makes a great white hot chocolate, and works well drizzled on top of anything.

Ingredients

Sugar, Water, Sweetened condensed skimmed MILK (skimmed MILK, sugar, lactose (milk)), Glucose syrup, Humectant: glycerol, Thickeners: modified maize starch, xanthan gum, Natural flavour, Salt, Emulsifier: E471, Colour: titanium dioxide, Preservative: potassium sorbate, Acidity regulator: citric acid, Caramelised sugar syrup. Allergens: see ingredients in bold.

Directions

To use, simply pour the desired amount into your drink or dish. For hot drinks, heat the sauce gently before adding. For a white hot chocolate, mix 2-3 tablespoons of sauce into a cup of hot milk. For milkshakes and frappés, blend 2-3 tablespoons of sauce with your other ingredients. Store at room temperature and use within 18 months of production.
