  • Orders are not packed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 2–3 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • A tracking number
  • Courier details
  • A link to track your package
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (all regions)
  • If your country does not appear during checkout, please contact us for assistance.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Jolof Store is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer
  • Delays caused by the courier or customs
  • Lost parcels marked “Delivered” by the courier
  • If your shipment shows no movement for several days, please contact us and we will assist with a courier investigation.

6. Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Address Changes

  • If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
