Ingredients

Dark chocolate (70% cocoa minimum, pure cocoa butter). Cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla extract. This product may contain traces of nuts, milk and egg proteins, gluten and peanut.

Directions

Melting temperature: 55 - 58 °C. Crystallization temperature: 28 - 29 °C. Working temperature: 31 - 32 °C
