Organic Kalamata olives from the Rovies Estate on the Island of Evia. These olives are organically grown without the use of pesticides and then hand picked and naturally cured the traditional way without the use of caustic soda. Kalamata olives are characterised by their distinct almond shape and mottled purple-brown to black colour. These exceptional olives have a rich, fruity flavour and a meaty texture.
