MONIN Amaretto syrup captures the quintessential flavour of amaretto we all know and love without the alcohol. Amaretto was said to have been invented in the Italian city of Saronno in 1525 by steeping apricot kernels in brandy. Modern Amaretto is prepared from bases of apricot or peach stones or almonds. MONIN Amaretto syrup is perfect in coffees, hot chocolate, iced coffees, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.

Ingredients

Sugar, water, concentrated apricot juice, natural flavouring. Apricot juice: 11%.

Directions

Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
