A rich dark brown vegetarian gravy mix with a roast meat profile. Each pack makes approximately 16.6 litres. Suitable for vegetarians and coeliacs. -

Ingredients

Tapioca starch, yeast extract, maltodextrin (potato, maize), sugar, salt, natural flavouring, sunflower oil, vegetable powders (5%) (onion, leek, tomato, carrot), Colour: ammonia caramel, sugar caramelised, acidity regulators: potassium phosphate & sodium citrate, anti-oxidant: ascorbic acid, citrus extracts (lemon, orange), green tea extract, parsley extract.

Directions

Mix 3 tablespoons of gravy mix with 16.6 litres of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
