To serve cold: Drain thoroughly, serve with a well seasoned vinaigrette, mayonnaise or any other dressing.
To serve hot: Re-heat thoroughly in a pan without bringing to the boiled. Add butter or oil, sugar, pepper, bouquet garni, garlic and spices. Serve with chorizo, smoked bacon, tomato puree and chillis. May also be used to prepare couscous, Olla Porido and other exotic recipes.
